I would very much like to know which department this is. However, if it is the Home Office, Ministry of Justice or the Attorney General's Office, they either ignore people as standard practice, or send them a letter saying that they do not get involved in individual case. Please expose the guilty parties. Ministries refuse to hold themselves accountable, either to the public or to parliament. It's about time it stopped.
