@Steve

...therefore they shouldn't advertise their products as perfect and charge the price of superiority and perfectness.

If I'm buying something that costs 3 times more than a similar product it HAS to be nearly perfect, or at least be thoroughly tested before release.

Luckily I'm not.

Update patch

So as usual the inquirer goes off on one complaining that apple is patching flaws. Would you rather they did not produce updates..

In this day and age it is unreasonable to expect any piece of software to never require patching to prevent hackers form trying to get around defences.

By the way when did you actually produce anything of value rather than just whinge about other companies gaps...

But...

Safari (Windoze) was previously v5.01, and the *current* patched release is now v5.02.

You Numpty.

You write... because Jobs' Mob does not think people should be using older operating systems.

Well, Nick, neither does Microsoft, so you have not heard of Windows 3.x, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME and the soon to be added Windows XP. HUH!!!

Please don't breed.

Facts? lets just type stuff

It would be a bit hard to patch Safari Extensions Gallery on Safari 4 since it needs Safari 5
