well it's your money, but I'd be a bit more careful with it if I were you. The Tosh's screen quality is poor (as can be seen from the off axis colour shifts and poor blackpoint), it's bigger and heavier than an iPad while having a poorer build quality and only 2/3rds the battery life. It also doesn't have access to the Android Marketplace. What it does have is Toshiba's own marketplace, which is going to limit the available software tremendously.
Since, from your handle, it would appear that you're a Merkin then non of this should be a problem to you as it doesn't look like Toshiba are going to market this in the US anyway.

I like the new tablets coming out. They'll knock the nuts outta that apple toy.

Sorry Toshiba, but that touch interface is pretty damn slow. Put launcher pro or something on there...
