I've tested just about every mobile OS konwn. Tested them by re-loading them onto their phone from scratch. Windows Mobile is the only one that will load and boot in under 5 minutes on similar hardware. The iPhone takes about 1/2 and hour, Android is close but still longer. Blackberry takes an hour at least!
If LG were smart, they wouldn't allow any other Operating System (O/S) to run on their hardware. That way they could force everyone to use Micr0$uck$ LoseDoze Phone 7, so that the users can point and click and browse the web and cut and paste, all things that are difficult if not totally impossible to do with any other O/S.
The developer kit for WM7 has already been download 300,000 times. Sounds like WM7 might be a hit...
