BlackPad? Is that a pirate's apartment?

What a dumb thing to waste their money on. After their messenger, schedule and mail, they have barely 5 aftermarket apps that are worth anything. Their Internet browser is rubbish, so we need Opera to do any real surfing. Then there's the amount of talk-back to RIM's central servers which ties mail, schedule, browser and messenger which is one point of failure.

All other sites are saying it's a 9.7" screen. 7 seems a bit too small.

Also, WHY is Nick calling this an ipad killer? RIM has not called it this! I hate when the media overhypes stuff like this.
