Sensationalist Bullcrap Headline

Normally it's the Beeb that runs crap headlines, but you really have them beaten with this one. One Russian ISP blocking YouTube is not the same as "Russia Blocks YouTube". Kindly pack it in.

Republicans?

And I thought only republicans warp news to suit their own agenda. Yet both parties do it.

I agree with your last statement though. Usually people with conservative values are the ones offended by everything and are responsible for trying to force said values on everyone else.

However this is not the same as stopping a kid from watching an adult film. This is a government trying to put a stop to xenophobic propaganda. Not the right way to do it, but I can't I totally disagree with the effort.

Democrats?

I thought only democrats tried to stop everything that offends anyone.

If a few people can't handle open media (cough - *ussys) they should put their computer back in box and give it so somoene with better mental capacity. Don't treat everyone like 2 year olds (who should have filtered/supervised content)

Good News

Well maybe if enough ISP's there ban YouTube then my 15mbps connection won't buffer when attempting to watch HD video.

?

Unless I missed something, the Russian Premier is Putin, since Premier is another name for Prime Minister. Medvedev is the President of the Russian Federation.
