Yhe tab thing is not a feature that is so great about 4, because I tried 4b2 and you have to go back to the old to even realize it has changed, it's so damn minor, and not even an improvement either.
But I guess it's what people see, what's new though is WebSockets, xpcom, Retained layers (fast scrolling on complex pages),Indexed DB (so sites can store data locally and keep working fast and offline, things like google's stuff gmail/gdocs), and improved HTML5 and WebM support.
Oh and task tabs.
It seems that the idea in Chrome have involved quite well in Opera an now Firefox. It wasn't a huge change but takes out the classic look browsers have. Better IE do the same to keep up.
Take care with the 'Exploder' thing... Wellcome to Inq !
Did I just read "Mozzarella"? in your article?
