The reality on the ground is, in the incredibly litigious U.S., tech companies sue each other almost every day. They yell, they scream, they cajole and ultimately they cross-license their technology.

The outward expressions of the law suits are just fodder for rags like the Reg. And like the Reg amount to nothing.
