Apple is sewering itself PR-wise with all these legal "bullying" tactics:

- No one may dare have even so much as a piece of an Apple product name in their products (such as "pad" or "pod"), or they will receive a threatening letter/phone call from Apple's legal department (better call up Kotex and all podiatrists and sue them for trademark infringement).

- No one may even dare to make fun of an Apple product without being threatened with legal attacks, such as Ellen Degeneres:

- Suing HTC (and indirectly Google and Microsoft) must have seemed like a God -- I mean -- GOOD idea until Microsoft got involved (and I imagine Google is planning something nice for Apple as well).

Oh well, Jobs boosted the Apple company to great heights, and it seems his giant ego will now destroy it. Too bad he can't seem to "think different".
