Reactos based on Linux?

I think the developers of reactos would be suprised to learn that Reactos is linux based. It's actually a FULL windows clone, therefore it would run any windows software (when its completed).
From the Reactos homepage:
Written completely from scratch, it aims to follow the Windows-NT® architecture designed by Microsoft from the hardware level right through to the application level. This is not a Linux based system, and shares none of the unix architecture.

North Korea has computers?

I didn't think they had electricity, much less computers!

What passes for a government there is only slightly better than Feudal.
