Call it what you will...patent hoarder, patent troll, non-practicing entity, etc. It all means one thing: “we’re using your invention and we’re not going to pay”.

Duh

Micr0$ucks is one of the biggest patent trolls out there, it is so amusing to see them get a dose of their own medicine for a change. I hope they have to blow quite the wad of cash trying to litigate this.

Who do you hate least.

As much as I hate MS, I hate patent trolls more. They produce nothing and are simply a drag on development.

Prior art

I can go out right now and take out a patent on using tomatoes to make ketchup... I would most likely get one too but this doesn't mean I can expect a single dime from Heinz...
