Didn't ask for it, didn't permit it, don't want it and resent being made to have to do the following:

Click Buzz and unfollow / block everyone you can.
Click your name at the top of the Buzz screen, then "Google Profile".
On the profile page click "Edit Profile"
Scroll right to the bottom and click "Delete Profile"
Go back to GMail and at the bottom of the screen click "Turn Off Buzz"
