Dell isn't so Bad but alot of bad Vibes in Dell !

i Brought a Dell xps 8100 couple Months ago, i had problems with it and called up customer support some reason they didn't hardly know what their talking about. i kinda got Feedup with it and sold the Desktop because it would load Games well YES THAT'S RIGHT IT'S MEANT FOR GAMES BUT COULDN'T LOAD THEM. because a fault with the graphics card i found out from the repair shop. and yes the Motherboard is total Trash and the power supply is it.

the only problem with Dell is Cheap parts and lame customer service that's it

Bout time

Does this mean that I can seek recompense for my dead 1150? Probably not, as I don't live in San Fran, but it will be great if SOMEONE is compensated for that nightmare.

Dell a strange company

Last summer I got a check from a Dell class action law suit, they don,t learn and they don't care. On one hand they have made some great computers and on the other had they have made some real trashy computers. There customer service is a nightmare, but if you get through they will come to home to fix your computer. (most but not all qualify for this)
Now they decided not to give us a driver and app cds, only the os cd. A few years ago they gave the driver cd but no OS cd.
Maybe some day they will learn that treating the customer like a customer instead of of piggy bank will pay off in the long run,but I doubt it.
