Why can't we use the torrent protocol to distribute the torrent files themselves. The longer you spend online hosting files the more likely it would be that you get to host the "superfiles." If the superfiles get unwieldy, cut em down to size by assigning new sub-categories. There could be a tv show file, Hollywood movies in the last decade file, porn would probably have it's very own file for obvious reasons. You get the idea.
