Opera collects anonymous data

Hi John, I work for Opera and wanted to clarify our methodology for the report.

Because Opera Mini includes a server component, we do collect anonymous data. We process and analyze this data only on aggregate.

Our database does not contain any identifiable information. I cannot tell you what sites you like to surf.

Also, when it comes to top sites, those are generated through sampling the data, not examining all the sites browsed.

I hope this makes our methodology a little clearer.
