... Who knows, maybe he'll be charged with some crime of incompetence, punishable by death? They seem to have a number of those in China.
Then again, I'm not entirely sure I'd be displeased with that. "Get your shit straight or the death van will come for you" is pretty good motivation for getting your shit straight..

That's too much like fascism too, to be any different, huizhou.
Who are you to immediately assume that israeli hackers are responsible for such actions? I mean, you're basically taking a pot shot in the air and then pulling down your own biases as the truth. Simply put, you're infusing your own bias into the NEWS you should be ashamed.
As for those talking about israel and the like... i have to agree with the stance that involving israel in such a situation is stupid and irrelevant. Like one of the previous commenters had noted, how in the hell do we not know that it wasn't some other enemy of the state of china considering how many enemies they've managed to acquire over the decades.
Why are Anti-Israel comments found AntiSemetic?? well, lets see... the official religion of Israel is Judaism. The majority of the nation of Israel is Jewish, and its founders were Jewish. If you were to associate a country to judaism, it would clearly be israel. Therefore such conclusions are commonly drawn.
As for Mazin... if someone criticizes the USA its not considered anti-christianity because our COUNTRY HAS NO OFFICIAL RELIGION. Pretty simple really, not to mention our country was founded by members of multiple religions, not just one.
Why are negative comments about Israel considered anti-semitism? There are Jews all over the world not just Israel. If some critics USA, is that considered Ant-Christianity?
Well, anti-Semitism is ostensibly used to refer to hatred of Jews. Technically it should mean opposition to anyone of Semitic background ... which would include Arabs, apparently. And then again, Judaism is a religion, not a race - that can include people whose family history includes Jewish practice, but who don't really practice anymore. They just identify with it as a community. So, there - anti-Semitism for you: a word whose actual meaning is massively supplanted by a meaningless meaning, depending on what you mean at the time, if you know what I mean.
Racism, well that's discrimination based upon race. There's only one human race. Go figure.
...that it could've been any of those groups. Historically, Israel/Mossad have used false flags to stir up trouble. Other nations are a little more overt, usually.
Right on, it is Israel, I doubt Iran would target China, when it is China that is against imposing UN sanctions against Iran. However, Israel is steaming that China is not falling in line. If Iran could carry out a cyber attack, China and Russia would not be on the target list.
It isn't that it couldn't have been the Iranians, Israelies, internal Chinese "revolutionaries", the British JIC, an external group or individual hacker, or even one of the good 'ol US of A's three-letter agencies, it's the blatant automatic finger-pointing. Just because it is easy to let Israel represent the "haves" of modern society and vilify the small nation in every press outlet world wide doesn't mean that it is the correct choice.
Whatever group is responsible for this, congratulations, but don't let stereotypical scape-goating continue a string of engrained anti-semitism thousands of years long. Claim responsibility so ignorant racism doesn't have a chance to surface.
Just trying to live up to our stereotypes, old boy. Like you always being the loud, obnoxious american, what?
As for who hacked baidu, surely the domestic talent has got to be favourite? Who has most to gain from the goverment-controlled effort going down in flames just as Google claim they aint gonna censor no more?
If anyone finds the pejorative "Israel" reference OK, it isn't. It is just an unfunny poorly-constructed lowbrow attempt at humor or social comment.
All the talk about racism, etc. is an unseemly distraction from that core error.
That the author's comment hasn't been removed is some indication that they find the comment acceptable-enough to continue its publication.
Too bad for this website.

Hey Goatie,

What's the difference between anti-Semitism and pure racism? And if they're the same thing, why not just call it racism?
Bookmarked, because I really, REALLY want to know.
