So... This one messes up your wireless ethernet, your cell phone signal, and probably any pacemakers in the room.

Still has hardware DRM built in, increases power waste, and jacks up the cost of the hardware that uses it, and will require MORE user interface software to configure/control (with consumer TVs/Players notorious for having shitty UIs.

Sounds like a winner all around to me.
