Does nobody remember five months ago when DDR2-800 was $8 for a 1GB Dimm, and 2GB modules were $19.99?
I'm regretting not buying more of the stuff in July, my supply is running out :(
6GB of fast ram for £100 is cheap. That's less than £20 per gb. I think RAM is cheap right now.
The worst price at the moment is Intel's X58 and i9xx series cpu's. If they were lower I could talk myself into buying one! ;-)
elpida will go the way of the dinosaur. They are toast and talking up prices to stay alive. Samsung/Hynix/Micron will destroy them.
