Go Nick F!

The Inquirer is "Facts and Friction". If you don't like the friction then this is not the place for you.

Apple is just a business, selling products, that's all. Nothing more, nothing less.

It's funny how humans can be attached to a corporation. I sometimes feel it too but then I tell myself not to be so weak, it's only a product and I am more than that! ;-)

@Deanjo

What is your point Deanjo?
This has nothing at all to do with technology licensing, it's about LCD price fixing. It's just a pity Nick didn't wander far enough from his romper suit to research and the story and present a few more facts.

Have a look over at "The other place", they have a better report.

Just another example of Nicks lack of credibility

Remember this Nick?

"It is not patent trolling either. Nokia has already successfully flogged licenses to 40 companies, including virtually all the leading mobile device vendors. Only Apple claims that it invented the technology it uses in the Iphone itself and has refused to pay up."

Perfect example of Nicks bias

I can't help but notice how much less this is sensationalized then when Apple was being sued for the exact same thing by the exact same author.

Come on where is the line,

"AU Optronics, Hitachi, LG, Philips, Samsung, Seiko Epson, Sharp, Toshiba and many more to get a free ride on the back of Nokia's innovation."
