Prices have skyrocketed

Eversince the launch of both lynnfield and windows 7 ddr3 prices have skyrocketed. It is frustrating to see what they charge you for 4gb of 1333mhz memory these days. roughly set you back €110 right now while it used to be priced around €60-70. it is most absurt what 6gb of ddr3 1600mhz OCZ memory costs right now. used to be 90 euro now it is roughly €200 just pathetic. totaly taking away the price advantage a lynnfield build system should have compared to a i7 920 system.
those high-prices make it impossible to build a good buget system because saving on for example the cpu isnt worth it anymore because the memory costs more then the cpu. same for the bad radeon 5850 availability. those cards will set you back €350 at the shops who actualy have it in stock. those who dont have it in stock will set you back 250 euro letting you wait half a year. so crap to them. those damn companies have to meet demand not save on production because they think they wont sell anything. marketing anyalists are idiots i think it is because of them we have had a global recession they scare us with there lies about a failing economy. We are better off without them because there intention is to scare people so they sell off shares so there masters can buy them very cheaply
lets hope production will improve once again and that prices will drop afther new year.

Inq is sinking

Inq. Inq. Where did you go?

Writing that TSMC makes memory is as true as saying Obama is a white guy.

TSMC is a fab. They make GPU's, IPcores and so forth. They have NO interest in memory which is mainly controlled by Samsung/Hynix to name some :)

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
