Mediterrian World Splits Apart.

None of Events are within English speaking Peoples World &, they NO US. Now after hundred, Nay, Thousands of Years of Religious war, Mid East Is Taking Citizens for Whole thirteen Yards. People Just don't Get IT.

The sentence "...to build a fab plant in Abu Dhabi in the UAE at Dubai Silicon Oasis..." is like saying "to build a plant in Manchester in the UK at London Wembley Stadium".
Dubai & Abu Dhabi are completely different cities, moreover - different states within one country.
