Digital Exclusion TAX!

The 'cloud cuckoo land' broadband tax is an exlusion incentive for the very high percentage of young people without a landline.

Broadband has now become even more out of reach for many in order to aid the few.

Ha Ha Oh Wow

So you can tax more, raise unemployment and increase the amount the unemployed can make. Hoorah! I love magic! And discovered by someone with a business online. A lot of people choose not to be online anyway, the tax could even turn them off. The so called digital divide will still be there and the rich get richer as people pay more and work less. Well worth the time and money for the report. I agree with Not a Bot

Right

This is set out to alienate those few lucky who are not touching the internet sewers even more. It's just more easy prey for scammers and hackers. Bringing these "noobs" into the realms of virtual unreality is like pouring petrol on fire. Also, isn't it nice that a former online magnate wants more people to be online. If the UK needs more tax revenue how about pulling out of Afghanistan or some proper military-industrial complex governing policies.
