Intel is such a slime-ball company, I hope the U of Wis. got every penny they deserve!

There is no doubt AMD will win their suit against Intel in the US., there is just too much evidence against Intel this time, unlike past suits I don't think AMD is just going to roll-over and settle out of court unless Intel puts up some serious hush money.

They will pursue current litigation in court of law.

rumors running around that Intel and AMD are secretly meeting to settle their current legal battle out of court. Apparently this was Intel's initiation as they know the findings would ruin their corporate image. And AMD do need lots of cash...so...
