DDR@ 1066 Will Have ?LONG Run....

DDR2 1066 Mhz/s should have Long run, Except Mains have Migrated from DDR2 Standard. Reasoning to continue, Is DDR2 Is Faster than DDR3 by Mouthful. Heres some specs to Consider....

DDR3 Is about to start new batch thats 50% faster, yet it takes DDR3 1600 to Match DDR2 800 Mhz/s in Performance, today. So that'll Be Brought down to DDR3 1200 as Even Race with DDR2 800 & DDR3 1600 (Ehance tech) Will Match DDR2 1066 Mhz/s. Yet Memory Controller inside CPU Isn't that FAST for DDR3 System.

Cpu will have to Upgrade internal memory Controller to DDR3 1600, & Main Will Have To Use Newest DDR3 technology, When It Becomes Public & You Will Be In Starting Block.

AM3 will play ethier DDR2 or DDR3, So Mainboard be Wise to Still Push DDR2 1066 Mhz/s, Yet Its Past That time. New main Controllers Have gone DDR3 & Public Awaits Bath of Triple channel Mains.

In Meantime Pick Best for Your supply channel & -=7=-. ALWAYS 64 BIT. ALWAYS ULTIMATE. In Fact,Windows -=7=- Enterprise64 Should be Pushed Into Public domain.

Do you think the move was justified?
