If you can afford an i5 750 and the mobo/RAM necessary, then there's no point buying a Q9550. At all. Though if you'd be happy with having an end of line system with no upgrade potential, then I'm sure plenty of cheap Q9550s will be showing up on eBay not too long from now.

With a Voltage Boost to 1.36, my Core I5 750 in a Gigabyte GA-PP5M-UD4 mATX board using a Noctua NH-U12P SE heat sink and installed in a Antec mini P180 case easily does more than 4ghz. Stability tested with Prime95. I have settled on 4Ghz Ghz.
Cheapish and fast.

Does anyone know when these will be readily available for purchase :o ?
I'm deciding on whether I should wait for this pross or buy a Q9550...
