It depends. If they can give me the portability and 8hr battery life of my Acer Aspire 10" with hardware that is well supported under Linux at a similar price point with a video resolution higher than 1024x600 I will be tempted to update...
But I have no interest in being XPeed on and I don't like the "vista" when stuck looking through windows...
