No response from Lenovo... surprise, surprise. I've been totally ignored by Lenovo with my enquiries over a fault on my R60e. Customer support, what customer support?

Why FRU P/N 42T5245 with same problem but not eligible for replacement?

my R60 9 cell battery FRU P/N 42T5245 also suffering exactly the same problem recently. After running Lenovo battery diagnostic tool system says "not eligible for replacement"... Why is mine not replaceable?

I think batteries need some industry standardization because there are way too many recalls and shenanigans going on.
