I'd be vaguely tempted, but I've been badly put off by my Toshiba G900. (Crashes a lot, needed a return-to-base BIOS fix, still won't take photos properly, poor battery life in 3G, *incredibly* slow for an allegedly 500MHz processor; rumours are it was down-clocked to 100MHz and has no GPU drivers.)
I'll want a lot of reviews to say that Toshiba have got it right this time before I consider it over a Touch HD or - more likely - a Touch Pro 2.
(Yes, I'd prefer something other than Windows Mobile, but currently only Microsoft phones have 800x480 - unless you count LG's proprietary stuff.)
4.1" does sound a little unwieldy, FWIW. (Oi you, in the back, stop sniggering.)
i'm waiting for in US. And it has super size/resolution screen finally comfortable for surfing. Easily handles multiple applications, DivX, firewall (you don't have one? u r nuts). iPhone and all competitors just left crying like baby.
Better though it would be option to install XP and all Win applications like all UMPC had couple years ago with even more sh$tty processors
Oh yes, I bet they are half the problem.
I'm currently waiting for them to release the N97. At the moment they're not even giving a date.
Last I heard they said they had to send a batch back because they failed testing... AKA, we've f*cked about with the firmware to cripple the VOIP via wifi connection, and add our horrible colour scheme, and now it doesn't work properly.
I wish they would just accept they are a dumb pipe and release the phone as it was intended to be.
I like it has WM as you can install more full web browsers than on any other mobile OS!.. + no dictatorian application restrictions i.e. like apple...
Android is still in its infanity + chrome OS made statement that actually
android migth become IRRELEVANT as these beasts will have soon enough power as netbooks.. so go figure.. or better ask GOOGLE

So.. it takes a 1GHz chip to make WM run as fast as my old Nokia nk702.. well worth the wait..!
You fangirls sure do like to bag on everything and anything MS does.
Grow up, children.
