DRASHEK Custom Designed Commentos'....eerrrr

Big Thwart In Graphics Is XP Is Still Being Marketed. Cards Are Still Made to Lower Classes of Vista & xp, both NT5. Instead of UP to Standard of NT6.

Intel Sales report that 40% of New sales Are Still of Pentium 4 Class. Those Out Dated Processors won't Be out of Intels catalog till late this Year.

Graphics people are stuck by two way sword. Unsheath Ultimate & lose Base of Present buyers. Continue In XP Model & lose Precious Engineering Time.

AMD Seems To Take Brunt of burden, Straight On. Only PRICE Keeps AMD UpRight. Rightly So.

AMD saving Grace IS Quality Equipment thats Affordable. While Intels Selling 4 year old designs that should never of gotten this far.

@Rasem Brsiq

LOL! Some might say that you're being rather cynical, but I can see an element of truth.

Besides, isn't next quarter time for DX11?! ;)

Be still my beating heart!

Oh! I *so* look forward to custom designs with so many corners cut they'll effectively be circular...

Oh, wait! I don't, actually.

On the other hand, video cards aren't meant to live forever. Certainly not from the PoV of the manufacturer. Else, what will they sell you next quarter...?

Do you think the move was justified?
