Seems like there trying to get it out before the Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala) release. Ubuntu is making a small dent in those GATES at msft.

About 4 hours latter Article came IN, stating 23Oct'9. Thought & I thought: If You Took two dates of July & March- Split days in half, come exactly on: 23Oct'9.

Good Guess, as it makes sense most close would be exact half way point of possibilities. Mary Jo Used to suggest that UpGrade Option Would Start in June '9, Mary Jo Loves To Push Things Way Before Ready(Yet, Don't Discount Anything, Right Now).
