Reading the blurb above I thought the Icy Dock was some kind of 5.25" external facing bay that accepts a 2.5" disk, hot pluggable. In fact it is a piece of plastic that serves to mount a 2.5 disk in an internal 3.5" bay.
It is not like the review is a waste of trees... but it is a waste of time. Perhaps different plastic would have given better read/write rates?
Worlds first; Made n' china, So AM3 W/ 4 slots memory strong 4-16X as 2-16x or 4-8x, So bit back , yet HOT,Hot,Hot.MAINBOARD. drashek opps, heres Link:http://en.hardspell.com/doc/enshowcont.asp?id=5440
on the first drivers the GTX 275 beats down the 4890 for the most part, and its actually a mte cheaper. they are going on novatech for 213 pounds. sounds like a steal to me. the 4890s i have only seen for 220 ebuyer. course charlie WOULD find a reason to diss the nvidia card, but 50 plus available and at such a low price, theres no way you should pick the radeon
Tomshardware.com among the first site to get their hands on the new hot 4890 but the reviewer wasn't too excited though.
I guess only Charlie would deny the fact it's just an overclocked 4870 with slightly more transistors.
According to him only nVidia are cheating or something like that.
I just need to sprinkle some salt in his open ATi wound.
That card that didn't exist a few days ago has been previewed by the very same author over at Tomshardware.com
I'm talking about GeForce 275 GTX of course and I say damn to all people who are a blind fanboy or is like Charlie.

If you think that this card is a GTX285-killer then you will be disappointed...
Anyway it is still a good card from the price\performance point of view.
ATI also has to improve their Catalyst drivers
