So, there's a gabillion gajillion free Windows Mobile apps already out there, and that's what makes WinMo so great to so many people. It's also where Windows Mobile surpasses the iPhone. So I'm not sure why anyone would use a fee based app store when there's already free stuff available. Maybe laziness?

Sounds pretty good to me. You wouldn't catch apple refunding money for anything. They would likely attempt to release a patch and then charge you for that too.
As far as Android goes, how is their store better than Apple's or MS's store?
And lastly, it isn't 1996 anymore, using the dollar sign in MS makes you look like a tool.

Why can't M$ ever innovate ?
