I live in dallas, TX. Comcast/Time Warner here is unusable if you download torrents, they trhottle you down to 5 KB/sec for 4 hours. Verizion FIOS cuts you off if you torrent. So far AT&T's U-Verse has no issues what so ever. I pray to god they don't implement anything to restrict users... AT&T is the single last ISP that does NOT stop people from p2p downloads :(
Add charter to the list of Non-blocking ISP's

They could also send the letter to random users and see what happens. Nothing like FUD!
They're sending out "We can see you!" messages, but not following up with anything else...
Seems like the perfect opportunity to test out stealth tools. Can't wait for the first side by side comparison on a website... :o)
once enough money changed hands comcast and others will do the same.
Screw you, AT&T. Yet another reason I am glad that I went with cable and not your crappy DSL.
I will NEVER pick you as my ISP as long as you are in bed in any way with the RIAA, just on principle alone.
