So much for all the yanks crying about the EU court ripping off poor American companies...

Does it go to Dell? Or does it go straight into the pocket of the government? Ultimately, you'd think the charges were passed on to the consumers and it was them (us) that got stuck paying the extra money. Do WE get that money back?
