1) Starcraft & Broodwars (iff XP & correct screen resolution)
2) Emulators (like 500 games or so)
3) Every sob on the planet can code on it for free. Even VB guys.
4) A healthy amount of codebase for it. like everything u find on the interwebs
5) Full web experience (No more stupid flash lite stuff)
6) Poor battery life; life aint perfect anyways.
Just add a keyboard and a lefty clit and Im sold.

Like the idea and size, but why not get a real laptop for that price. The mids need to hit the $250-350 price range to be sellable. Look at the ASUS EEE, it sold because of price. And I rather have an EEE with Ubuntu than a closed system mid.
I'm regularly flabbergasted by how un-ergonomic most modern gadgets are. Is it that hard to make a phone usable with just 1 hand ?
I indeed lament quasi-daily my old Palm Pilot... and even resurrected my TX 2 days ago, I was so fed up with my WinMob6 phone I threw it away, and replaced it with a dumb phone (operat-able with 1 hand) and the TX (same).
This is for my car, right? It's to replce my stereo, right?
Am I the only one who thinks that Clarion have made this for cars?
I WANT IT FOR MY CAR!!! And I want it combine with the new Fujitsu car thing you mentioned yesterday.
I would buy a iPhone + a good GPS if I had that much money to spend.
You can get a better idea of the size, by watching this youtube video:

In my opinion the price for this is insane!!! 800$ for a portable web browser.. come on.
You can buy IEE PC + a touch screen mobile phone with GPS and Wi-Fi for that amount of cash.

As in, “Does A Bunch Of Stuff” :).
PS: +1 another vote for an ARM version.
Not like the two year old N800 internet tablet or the N810 revamp.
I guess that would be an interesting comparison. On the face of it, the Omap cpu is a half the speed, but it is a 2 year old design.

That Clarion is huge and ugly. Modern smartphones, like my Nokia or an Iphone, have more functionality, longer battery life, prettier, and cheaper.

Hmm, why not at least give us an idea of the size of it???
I know what I am getting for Christmas!
