I agree with Zoomee, that spec doesnt count for anything unless its licenced, HTC have well and trully bugxxxxx us on this more than once,
Either Qualcomm is charging too much or they have no intrest in the end user, its not strictly their fault but it IS their name that is being dragged through the dirt, everyone talks about this hardware accelerated graphics but no one has it! Its no thir fault but they should set some standards to who they supply too.
Whats the point in touting features like that if they're not going to be used?
At the end of the day the licensing for the 'hardware acceleration' lies with the supplier of the hardware (not qualcomm but for example HTC) and if they never bother (like they have never bothered in the past) - its a feature which is worth squat to talk about or promote.
