Blame BT...

Having spent many long hours listening to a significant other who has to deal with such situations daily in her job in a relevant call-center I can tell you that nine times out of ten these problems are down to BT.

It is a shocking situation. NONE of the main broadband providers are free of the shackles of BT who are almost entirely unaccountable and massively incompetent.

Recent noises to the effect that BT needs less regulation flabbered my gast to the extend that I was unable to stand for some weeks.

All broadband providers can do is ask BT nicely to do what they are supposed to and hope to God that they don't balls it up or that the customer doesn't foolishly buy so much as a used rubber-band from Carphone Warehouse...
