Not evil

Yeah they talk about neutrality, freedom and world piece but they are very quick in handing over search records when kindly asked by politicians looking after votes. Secondly, there's Orkut (their social notworking service), where Brazilian senators suddenly found thousands of pedophiles who openly disclose themselves as such including detailed personal data. Yeah, right. Google proudly helps them to catch photo-sharers while the real rapers are in the streets and not on a computer.

A good thing for the public

This is a good thing. Hopefully this will increase competition among the ISP's to offer better service and thus we will benefit from this.

Servers Slammed

It seems they are not ready to go public yet as they do not seem to be able to handle the volume. I checked and it said server busy and queue me. The wait was listed as 2250 second... over half an hour. Not good. You can get similar tools at Download.com for free... with no wait.
