New Deathstar drives?

Why have you guys not done a story on the very high and sudden failure of Seagate's current 7200.11 drives? They are the new deathstar with a great line in boot-of-death as the drive locks itself into a busy state.

Seagate then return you a refurb, and all your data is gone, and won't address customers' tickets or fault reports.
