Maybe you didn't notice that that search engine is about shops in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. And most of them ship in all Europe, so I don't really understand your concerns.
The availability is good in many shops.
Not that I'll be getting one, but Scan have them showing as in stock. No idea of numbers, I'm sure those with more money than sense can phone up and find out.
there listed on Newegg this site is burnt.

so it is a paper launch again. Like so many times in the past, a card that is just produced for benchmarking sites, journalists, and reaches the market in homeopathic doses so they can say they 'delivered'. Soooo unimpressed.
well its here, in limited numbers yes but at 395 pounds? thats not as costly performance wise as the article would imply against its clear rival. vanilla 4870 x2's come in around 330 up to and above 400 pounds. this card is surely faster, so its price isnt as absurd as im sure some people would like to claim.
personally i would be considering picking up one of these cut price GT280's going for about 230 pounds currently as best high end value, but if you have to have the ultimate.....it isnt as expensive as i thought it might be stacked up against 4870 X2

You do understand that:
a) Austria is not Germany?
b) your definition of "plenty" = unavailable at all the etailers, except one, who has 6 units the day the card launched?

Learn the difference between there, they're, and their please. You come across as an idiot when you use the wrong one.
At the current exchange rate, £395 is about 400€, so just order it from the UK when available and have it shipped to the rest of Europe :-)
showing up in australia too talk about Price gouging
2 on line retailers $969.00 Aus and $1012.00 aus
bit over the top, me wait

My fav. retailer that carried the gtx260c216 before anyone else scores another one here with the GTX295 launch.
Good for them.
Their resupply was also quick, I expect more to be on their way.
At the current exchange rate, a la Finiancial Times, €500 is £450 British, not such a pleasant price!
