grrr

I don't want the government in my home, let alone in my computer. I'm tired of these devils forcing their will for the sake of the children.

Sound bytes

Another politician after some sound bytes to try and appeal to the ignorant masses. A bit like Senator Stephen Conroy in Oz.

Finally get all those commie paedophile liberal nazi homosexualists and their Open Sauciness off my interwebs! Only red-blooded right-thinking windows users, at last!

double think

Great stuff, no doubt this software would only work with win32, so all linux and BSD users will be suspect paedophiles. Double-plus good...

The Default OS

They won't have a version of this blocking program for every version of every model of every computer/device with every version of every possible OS.

So if they ever manage to twist the laws so much to enfore an installed software, they will only do so to users of Windows Vista and maybe XP. And only 32-bit.

Like, if a government virus can run on an alien ship, they won't have trouble deploying their software to any internet-capable machine.

The typical computer-ignorance of the law makers.

INQ Poll

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
