His wartime injuries doesn't prevent him from using a keyboard, mouse, phone keypad or any other input device. It is only in shoulder movement that he is limited (eg. he can't raise his arms above shoulder height).

You pass by the reason McCain never used computers. This is just slander, as has been well documented, He cannot use a keyboard due to injuries he received at the hands of Vietnamese torturers. In fact the Obama campaign had to release a public apology for an add along the lines of this poorly researched article. So maybe next time do some research before you slander. Also, where did you get the info that tax payer dollars were used to acquire this equipment? The campaign received both public and private financing, so its not a given that it was public dollars at all.
