@ vinster, you have no clue what your talking about, gmail is light years ahead of ms or yahoo. Both of these have been implementing gmail functions into their own services for the last 2 years...
As for address book try clicking the word contacts....
Gmail deosn't even have a proper address book. (no method to select recipients from your address book for replies or after typing a new letter). you have to type them in one at a time from memroy, gasp.

I've seen complaints on their boards since Gmail started and they still can't do that simple thing. How can they start another project when they can't even do Email well. How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat.
Maybe the long forgotten Google talk will finally receive some sort of update. That buggy IM client has been neglected for so long that I'm surprised they even support it anymore.
I've given up trying to use Gmail chat with Opera, it's broken, buggy, and has a mind of it's own. Funny thing is a year or two ago it used to work perfectly.
