I think Vista is one of the best Windows released by Microsoft yet. I got Vista within the first month it came out and abandoned XP.

To say Vista sales have been hampered by piracy only is not true because many people are convinced that Vista is not as good XP. The other reason why I think Vista is performing bad is because it is too advanced and requires the user to upgrade their hardware or purchase a new computer.
Vista is a poorly designed product. The following is but one of the many examples of its "poorness":

If the application program is not invoked with "Run As Administrator", then on existing the program the INI would be saved to the folder below

C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files

However, the INI file would be saved to the intended folder, i.e. Program Files\(ProgramFolder), when the program is invoked with "Run As dministrator".

As a result, there tend to be two INI files in existence for the same program. This thus creates a very confusing situation to many users, especially the less experienced.
