Having read this and many other articles on this topic, I'm just wondering if anyone could help me sue LVMH, as when I bought a bottle of their perfume (from a reputable store)I wasn't told or given any information prohibiting me from re-selling the item when I found I didn't like it,or found it to be unwanted.I have the reciept as proof it was legitimately purchased. The ruling the court gave may be well intentioned to stop easy fraud on ebay, but it has given large companies cart blanch to infringe my legal rights and ignore laws made to stop companies artifically forcing prices up and acting in a manopolistinc manner.
