Mac Envy

I guess Mac Envy doesn't get any more painful than this.

What about the EEE?

does one of them get you hold up as well? It of course also only having an SSD and no ports in the back.

If not, then i guess we know why they are REALLY holding up the line.

Internet

Are they haven't internet there in the airport? Just ask the passanger what is that. Oh a macbook air, googling for the review oh hardware site. And then match the picture or something else. Or at least they can check (I don't know about apple, but DELL have) service tag to make sure it real.

The main feature.

Consider mailing it to yourself.

Air Port

No ports on an Air? In an Airport?

What do you expect?

Just mail it then....in one of those manilla envelopes...

Awesome

Bwahaha, brilliant.

If it were a bomb, it would be 100% more useful.

Get yourself a ThinkPad X300 if you really need ultraportability - it has an SSD, WiFi-N, a DVD-RW, ULV CPU, replaceable battery, upgradeable RAM and holy crap *3* USB ports...

It's what the Air should have been, minus the preinstalled smugware.

Funny

The people who are buying a mac book aren't the brightest of a bunch, heck they are simply fanboys. I very much doubt they know what a solid state drive is.

ROFL

Seems to me that security gaurds have the same sense that (almost) everyone in the market does: WTF IS THIS AND WHY DOES IT HAVE SO FEW FEATURES!?

A computer is not an appliance, a computer is not an appliance, a computer...

I think we should have innovated dishwashers a bit more so more people would get used to innovation.

Apple Air

Actually, from a certain perspective, the fruity-themed Air IS a bomb. Certainly should be considered a commercial failure. Only Apple would come out with an underpowered, underperforming POC like the Air, and only the slavish, boot-licking devotees of Steve the Almighty would even consider throwing gobs of (useless) U.S. dollars away for the "priviledge" of owning one of those gobstoppers.

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
