sharia insurance?what's next?but i have to give them credit for being the first.and we all know every body will jump on the bandwagon.what they meant i think is that they won't invest the money on 'haram' activities like porn,arms and alcohol,but that's my guess.

No. It means they will cut of your hands, not to loose the phone again, as this leads to temptation for other people to pick it up from the ground, thus leading them to theft.
