Generally I've found that if an Orange service is down on a Friday you've got no hope until Monday. The orange.net email is the most persistent offender in my experience - mind you connecting to it anytime is poke and hope.

And don't even bother trying to change your Adult Content setting, online always fails and the only time I tried an operator I had to pay to find the system was down. All I wanted was the lottery results, honesty!
