Nonsense. The public this announcement is supposed to serve is either technically incapable of reading the announcement because the PC is dead and won't boot, or is glued to Eve Online and therefor also incapable of reading the announcement because of not looking at it.

Ok i'd just like to see a show of hands of those people who are running Windows who have it on a secondary drive or partition? Seriously this public service announcement really only applies to linux and mac users who use Windows as a secondary gaming OS.

Requirement number 3: You must have Windows installed not on the primary partition.
or
You must have at least 2 hard disks and the OS must be installed NOT on the primary, but the secondary hard disk.
