Forget cellular, just make sure the wireless works and use Skype at any free wireless access points.

The dollar had risen nearly 10% against the uk pound so it doesn't really mean much if any change for us. 

The taiwanese are benefitting from the rising dollar so its less of a falling price than it appears, unless you are you area consumer paid in us dollars of course.

it makes me wonder why they dont put a couple of phone chips on the mainboard.
Id buy one for sure if it doubled up as a phone.
